The DZW Outdoor Low VoltageTransformerSingle Phase to 3 Phase is expertly engineered to provide reliable three-phase power from a single-phase input, making it an essential solution for remote areas or environments lacking access to traditional three-phase power. Leveraging advanced design principles, robust materials, and cutting-edge technology, this transformer ensures stable and efficient electrical conversion for diverse applications.

Transformer Construction and Operating Principle

At its core, the DZW transformer utilizes a solid iron core and meticulously wound coils. Essentially, two sets of windings are integrated into the core structure: the primary winding responsible for inputting electrical energy and the secondary winding for outputting the converted energy. While this basic configuration aligns with traditional transformers, the DZW series stands apart with significantly thicker, all-copper materials and intricate assembly processes to enhance reliability, longevity, and performance.

Advanced Technology and Design

The DZW series single-phase to three-phase transformer incorporates a sophisticated microprocessor-based control system. Using sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) and active IGBT module components, this transformer achieves superior efficiency and precision. Further integrating digital frequency division, Digital-to-Analog (D/A) conversion, and instantaneous value feedback technology, the DZW transformer boasts an impressive capacity, handling single-machine loads of up to 50KVA.

Extensive Application Scenarios

This outdoor transformer is ideally suited for applications demanding three-phase AC power where the input and output voltages remain below 500V at frequencies between 50 and 60Hz. It is widely utilized across industrial sites, agricultural environments, construction zones, remote telecommunications facilities, and rural electrification projects, providing a stable and robust energy source regardless of initial infrastructure constraints.

High-Quality Coils

The DZW transformer offers conventional aluminum coil configurations for standard applications, while premium models feature customizable pure copper coils. The coils utilize high-temperature-resistant enameled insulating paper paired with oriented silicon steel sheets, significantly enhancing the transformer’s operational lifespan and reliability under demanding conditions.

Imported Silicon Steel Sheets

Selecting premium imported silicon steel sheets, the transformer achieves excellent heat dissipation characteristics. This material reduces iron loss and generates a strong magnetic flux, resulting in efficient energy conversion and lower operational costs.

Built-In Cooling Fan

The transformer includes a strategically mounted cooling fan at the rear, supplemented by intelligently designed angled ventilation holes on both sides of the casing.
