As a type ofvacuum circuit breaker, this product offers unmatched reliability, operational safety, and ease of maintenance, making it an ideal protection and control solution for power grids, industrial facilities, mining enterprises, and other frequently operated electrical systems.

Key Features of the Three-Position Vacuum Circuit Breaker

  • Solid-Sealed Pole Technology: The main circuit uses solid insulation vacuum interrupters, greatly enhancing environmental adaptability, insulation performance, and mechanical robustness. This structure contributes to a maintenance-free operation over a long service life.
  • Modular Design: The breaker adopts a fully modular frame structure that integrates the isolating switch, vacuum interrupter, earthing switch, operating mechanism, interlocking system, and sensors. This compact configuration ensures minimal installation space and superior performance.
  • Visible Break Points: The rotary-type isolating switch provides a clearly visible open contact when disconnected, ensuring both visual confirmation and operational safety.
  • Reliable Mechanical Interlocking: There is a forced mechanical interlocking system among the disconnector, vacuum interrupter, and earthing switch. This prevents any misoperation, improving operational stability and protecting both personnel and equipment.
  • Flexible Operation: The vacuum circuit breaker supports manual operation as well as AC/DC motor spring energy storage operation. It can also be integrated with remote control systems, enhancing automation in modern smart grids.
  • Safety-Oriented Cabinet Integration: The breaker fits compact cabinet sizes of 450 x 1000 x 1800 mm and can be installed in fixed switchgear, ring main units (RMU), or compact substations.
