What certifications do your products have?

Our products are ISO9001 certified and comply with international standards such as SCB10, ZGS11 and ZGS13. For special projects, we can also provide third-party type test reports and other necessary export documents to meet specific tender or national requirements (such as SASO, SONCAP, EAC, etc.)

What are your prices?

Our prices may change depending on supply and other market factors. Once your company contacts us for more information, we will send you an updated price list.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is 1 piece, but bulk prices are more favorable.

Do you accept custom orders?

Of course. We specialize in providing tailor-made solutions – whether it is product appearance or technical parameters, you name it, we manufacture it.

What is the average lead time?

The lead time for samples is about 7 days. The lead time for mass production is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit. The lead time is effective after (1) we receive your deposit and (2) your final approval of the product. If our lead time does not match your deadline, please consider your request carefully at the time of sale. In any case, we will do our best to meet your needs. In most cases, we can.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay to our bank account, Western Union or PayPal:
30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against copy of bill of lading.

What is the product warranty?

We provide a warranty on our materials and workmanship. We are committed to your satisfaction with our products. Whether it is within the warranty period or not, our company culture is to solve all customer problems and make everyone satisfied.

Can you guarantee the safe and reliable delivery of products?

Yes, we always use high-quality export packaging. We also use specialized hazmat packaging for dangerous goods and verified refrigerated transporters for temperature-sensitive items. Special packaging and non-standard packaging requirements may incur additional charges.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the delivery method you choose. Express delivery is usually the fastest but also the most expensive shipping method. For bulk goods, sea transportation is the best solution. We can only provide accurate freight rates after we know the quantity, weight and mode of transportation of the goods. Please contact us for more information.

Do you provide after-sales service and technical support?

Yes. We provide comprehensive after-sales support, including remote installation guidance, commissioning, operation training, and on-site troubleshooting (if necessary). Our technical team is on call 24/7 to assist in solving any after-sales issues.
